Participants selected to advance to the Round 3 will be contacted via in-game messages to explain and receive their agreement about the conditions to participate.

The web form must be submitted by the Form Submission Deadline written in the message. If we are unable to confirm your registration by the deadline or if there are any errors in the details you have registered, you will be disqualified.

This round is open to those who have advance through the eFootball™ Championship 2025 Open Round 3.

Participants who are eligible for the Regional Finals will be informed individually.

In addition, participants are required to have a KONAMI ID and to use the chat application "Discord" in order to communicate with KONAMI and the outsourced operators of the competition.

For the purpose of match results verification and match broadcasts, a recording of the game screen must be submitted for matches played in both the Mobile and Console Categories. Please make the necessary arrangements for screen recording in advance.

For the Regional Finals, the matches may be broadcast worldwide. Furthermore, all matches in the Console Category will be played on PlayStation®.

Participants will be assessed and selected to advance to the World Finals based on their results in the Regional Finals and the performance and other additional criteria in eFootball™ series.

For the Console Category, all matches from the Regional Finals onwards will be played on PlayStation®. You will need to prepare either PlayStation®4 or PlayStation®5 system by yourself.

Regulations are subject to change prior to the start of the competition.

The eFootball™ Terms of Use will be in effect throughout the course of the eFootball™ Championship 2025 Open.

Any violation of the Terms of Use will result in disqualification from the competition, regardless of the offending user's performance up to that point. Furthermore, offending users may have sanctions applied to their accounts in accordance with the Terms of Use.

Entries from PlayStation®4 and PlayStation®5 will be considered as the "PlayStation®" slot.

Entries from Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S and Windows will be considered as the "Xbox" slot.

The region in which you participate is determined by the Country/Region you selected at the start of the game. This selection cannot be changed.

Participants cannot change their participating platform during the course of the competition. Participants who selected Xbox and Steam® will play all matches on PlayStation® from the Regional Finals onwards.

Rewards earned in the eFootball™ Championship 2025 Open are distributed in-game as Event Rewards when conditions are met.

Players from Countries/Regions where we do not provide online services for the game are not eligible to participate.

By advancing to Round 3, participants are required to have a KONAMI ID and to use the chat application "Discord" in order to communicate with KONAMI and the outsourced operators of the competition.

As the competition administrators, we reserve the right to refuse participation in the competition at our sole discretion.

Participants in Regional Finals and World Finals are required to grant permission for the use of their likeness and sound (including but not limited to the distribution of competition footage).

Depending on their Country/Region, participants may not be able to participate in the upper Rounds of the competition due to technical limitations of the game or other reasons (including, but not limited to, limited access to third-party cloud services used by the game to conduct player-to-player competitions).

KONAMI shall not be liable for any disqualification of a participant or any disadvantageous situation with regard to participation in the competition due to a malfunction of the software or the game server.

KONAMI shall not be liable for any disputes arising amongst participants, and between participants and other third parties.

The competition is subject to change, suspension or cancellation without notice at KONAMI's discretion.
